Pacman’s lawyer, Tim Schneider, told TMZ Sports that his client had been gambling loudly with friends and losing. Officials at Jack Cincinnati Casino initially had no problem with Pacman’s high volume. However, he got too loud and the casino asked him to leave.

“No changes came as a result of the incident,” said Schneider.

He was arrested shortly after this on January 3 at the Hyatt Hotel for berating staffers and visitors. The Cincinnati PD confirmed the report that Jones was “acting disorderly” at Jack Cincinnati.

An eye-witness told TMZ Sports that Jones was verbally harassing employees at the casino, and even had an altercation with somebody who was trying to film the incident on their smartphone. The star football player also yelled at a police officer and was described as “fired up” when he left.

Back at the Hyatt Hotel, a security guard confonted Jones about his behavior, and he got physical with the man. When the arresting officer showed up, Jones told the policeman “suck my d***” and “I hope you die.”

Afterward, Pacman admitted to being embarrassed by the drunken incident and has since enrolled in anger management classes.

This is the second time that Jones has been kicked out of a casino since he was also booted from Indiana’s Hollywood Casino in 2015 for yelling at staffers.

This past season, Jones recorded 66 tackles, 1 interception, and 1 forced fumble. In the past four years, he’s recorded 10 interceptions for the Bengals defense.
